Attorney Nicole Bonham Colby practices primarily in matters relating to landowners' stewardship, management and conveyance of their real property assets.
A fifth-generation southern Utahn, Ms. Bonham Colby received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2009. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication-Journalism and Sociology from Southern Utah University in 1990, and a Master of Applied Sciences degree in Technology Management from the University of Denver in 2005.
While in law school, she wrote for the Water Law Review and clerked for the Board of Water Commissioners of the City and County of Denver, Colorado Association of Realtors®, Trout Unlimited, sportsman's policy organization Colorado Wildlife Federation, and participated in the University of Denver's 2009 Natural Resource Distinguished Practitioner-in-Residence Class.
Nicole is admitted to the Utah bar and United States District Court for the District of Utah.
